The Hollywood Hills straddles the Cahuenga Pass within the Santa Monica Mountains. The neighborhood touches Studio City, Universal City and Burbank on the north, Griffith Park on the north and east, Los Feliz on the southeast, Hollywood on the south and Hollywood Hills West on the west. It includes Forest Lawn Memorial Park, the Hollywood Reservoir, the Hollywood Sign, the Hollywood Bowl and the John Anson Ford Theater. Hollywood Hills is bisected southeast-northwest by US 101. The neighborhood is bounded on the northwest and north by the Los Angeles city line, on the east by a fire road through Griffith Park, continuing on Western Avenue, on the south by Franklin Avenue and on the west by an irregular line that includes Outpost Drive. Canyon and city views are the main reason why most people live in Hollywood Hills. Within itself Hollywood Hills has many neighborhoods such as starting from the East: Griffith Park, Los Feliz, The Oaks, Beachwood Canyon, Hollywoodland, Lake Hollywood, Hollywood Hills East, Oakwood Toluca Hills, Hollywood Knolls, Hollywood Dell, Cahuenga Terrace, Lakeridge Estates, Hollywood Manor, Studio City, Cahuenga Pass, Hollywood Heights, Outpost Estates, Whitley Heights, Hollywood Hills West, Nicholas Canyon, Mount Olympus, Laurel Canyon, Laurel Hills, Lookout Mountain, Sunset Plaza, Beverly Crest, Bird Streets, Sunset Hills.(Wikipedia)

  1. Now they have all that glass as a wall. Is it bulletproof or hurricane proof

  2. Once again, beautiful production and presentation! It's funny, I spend a lot of on zillow or realtor(.)com just looking at houses and adding them to my favorites in the hopes that one day I can afford them lol. I find your channel yesterday and see a lot of the houses I saved as videos on your channel. The big difference is when I watch your videos, I feel like I'm a private showing in person as you go into every detail of the house. The immersion I feel from your videos is truly unmatched and I know I'm not the only one. Thanks again, Enes.

  3. Question: Is there a glass panel between the main entrance and the back courtyard, if I should buy this property I would put a decorative security iron gate by the main entrance for security because the property is quite close to the road and also put a decorative 5ft metal security on the retaining wall to stop rock fall and also infront for security because it quite easy for someone to climb in from the road and back….are there security camera's around the property?

  4. Your channel deserves more views! Omg i love how detailed you are. Also, i think you should add 'house tour' to the title because alot of people usually search that.

  5. I know that this is dummy expensive, but honestly for how nice this looks and such, it might be worth it.

  6. the first floor has a weird floor plan….a house like this deserves a nicer open kitchen

  7. BBQ where……ok retain walls, I would put another 6/4ft of designed iron fencing

  8. California is know for earthquakes….there is a cliff behind the property what about landslide that's my first worry about this property???

  9. зомби уже доказали. при первом же катаклизме дом долго не продержится)))
