The Hollywood Hills straddle the Cahuenga Pass within the Santa Monica Mountains. The neighborhood touches Studio City, Universal City and Burbank on the north, Griffith Park on the north and east, Los Feliz on the southeast, Hollywood on the south and Hollywood Hills West on the west. It includes Forest Lawn Memorial Park, the Hollywood Reservoir, the Hollywood Sign, the Hollywood Bowl and the John Anson Ford Theater. Hollywood Hills is bisected southeast-northwest by US 101. The neighborhood is bounded on the northwest and north by the Los Angeles city line, on the east by a fire road through Griffith Park, continuing on Western Avenue, on the south by Franklin Avenue and on the west by an irregular line that includes Outpost Drive. Hollywood Hills is the ultimate example of Los Angeles living with incredible views and some of the most beautiful properties in the city. Canyon and city views are the main reason why most people live in Hollywood Hills. Infinity edge pools are almost customary for Hollywood Hills homes.

  1. Hello Everyone,
Its not very common to get a view like this in Los Angeles. How do you think this compares to some of our other recent view properties?

  2. Really glad with the addition of subtitle! I really admire how neat your video is. Keep up and stay safe!

  3. Abi fark ettim benim yorumumdan sonra, türkçe dil desteği getirmişsin 😀 . Valla keyifle izliyodum videolarını, şimdi dahada bi zevkli oldu.

  4. I love the night shot that’s just amazing! Just curious did you guys hang out there or did you leave and come back to do the night shot?

  5. The video is absolutely perfect, but for some reason I felt that the presenter is forced to present the place. Further, it felt that you tried to quickly say what you had in mind before you forget what you had memorized. Over all, try to have more smiles in the videos and be more relaxed, give every room its enough time to present. One last point, please be aware that I am not an expert, you may want to use the wide angle cameras that are available nowadays? I personally haven't seen any reviewer using it. I assume that it would be much better to capture these spectacular places. All the best Man!! ❤

  6. Hmm…. in my personal opinion the house isn't worth it if it's that expensive with only 3 bedrooms.
My ideal dream home would probably have 5 bedrooms because I would want a family

  7. Hi, great tour fabulous views, never seen better. That goes less for the house itself by no means bad however I feel you have toured better places. Teşekkürler and greetings from the Netherlands.

  8. This house is so great and beautiful, if I would have the money I would buy directly this gorgeous home. And hopefully you get a commission, that you get paid for your work!!

  9. 10 mill for 5k sqft?, i've seen guest houses bigger than that 💀💀💀, whoever buys this is getting robbed lmaoooooooo

  10. No question, just want to say that I really enjoy your videos! They're great to watch after an exhausting day. Greetings from Germany!:)

  11. The best house tour guide I’ve ever seen. Really good at your job and the house is amazing.

  12. Another Dope video from Dope Man!
Love that tradition from day to night !!
    Kudos to editor 🙂

As a audience, I would also like to watch videos about

    1. How does home of Dope Man who shows best houses look like ?

    2. What kind of home satisfies your soul ?? Like the house which has every quality and characteristic you are looking for and you wanted.

    3. If you have village side view , I would also like to watch videos about that

Hope, you will like one of these ideas for your future videos.

    😀 🌹

  13. As usual another great house tour. You guys do an amazing job with the explanations and the videography. Just 2 things I thought of while watching.
The tiles on the back splash in the first bathroom looked cracked to me and the beautiful free standing tub in the master had an impractical set up in my opinion.
If you wanted to add water while bathing/soaking or heat up the water you'd have to get out of the tub to do it unless a remote is available. Just my opinion.
Keep up the great video tours and Thanks.

  14. The view is everything. Incredible. Not a huge fan of the house itself. Small detail but I found it weird how the bath tub handles are not close to the tub. What if you want to add hot water in your bath? You have to get out of the tub (or maybe call the maid lol)

  15. If I could ever afford such a property like this, this would it be! I get why the price is higher than for less space. I love everything about the house.

My question which I always wonder: With the earthquakes in California, do developers build houses differently? If so, what do they do to make the houses 'safer'? What about the glass? Or do they just cross fingers and hope things will be fine? The same goes with the fires. Thanks in advance and cheers from Europe!

  16. Keep up the great work Enes. Very well structured tour, and great delivery.Liked and subscribed.

  17. Been seeing a lot of house tour videos but you’re simply the best. You actually know what you’re talking about and seem genuinely excited. You keep it simple yet detailed. Not to mention Mikey does a good job with positioning the camera and editing the video. Keep up the good work, my dudes! 💙

Thank you so much for making this happen for me! Glad you didn’t forget 😍😍🙏🏻🙏🏻
View is incredible and so is the house! You’re the best, Enes! 💙

  19. I have been watching your videos a lot and I liked the houses featured hoping I could buy or build one someday it's just so sad our house got on fire last Saturday it was totally gone 😢 Back to zero. Now my heart hurts watching house videos.

  20. Man what a view! Love the house and the view but the view is insane i think whoever buys the house will be so lucky 👍👍

  21. Am late, was busy but anyways everything about this house is simplicity, very classy, very elegant.
    Thanks so much for sharing

  22. Hi Enes, cracking video again. What other costs are associated with a property like this? (Utilities aside) we have stamp duty to pay in UK which can be 1% or above of purchase price

  23. Ten million for 3 beds??? I can't believe that. I had a normal middle-class upbringing and even our house had 5 bedrooms
