The Hollywood Hills straddle the Cahuenga Pass within the Santa Monica Mountains. The neighborhood touches Studio City, Universal City and Burbank on the north, Griffith Park on the north and east, Los Feliz on the southeast, Hollywood on the south and Hollywood Hills West on the west. It includes Forest Lawn Memorial Park, the Hollywood Reservoir, the Hollywood Sign, the Hollywood Bowl and the John Anson Ford Theater. Hollywood Hills is bisected southeast-northwest by US 101. The neighborhood is bounded on the northwest and north by the Los Angeles city line, on the east by a fire road through Griffith Park, continuing on Western Avenue, on the south by Franklin Avenue and on the west by an irregular line that includes Outpost Drive. Hollywood Hills is the ultimate example of Los Angeles living with incredible views and some of the most beautiful properties in the city. Canyon and city views are the main reason why most people live in Hollywood Hills. Infinity edge pools are almost customary for Hollywood Hills homes. Within itself Hollywood Hills has many neighborhoods such as starting from the East: Griffith Park, Los Feliz, The Oaks, Beachwood Canyon, Hollywoodland, Lake Hollywood, Hollywood Hills East, Oakwood Toluca Hills, Hollywood Knolls, Hollywood Dell, Cahuenga Terrace, Lakeridge Estates, Hollywood Manor, Studio City, Cahuenga Pass, Hollywood Heights, Outpost Estates, Whitley Heights, Hollywood Hills West, Nicholas Canyon, Mount Olympus, Laurel Canyon, Laurel Hills, Lookout Mountain, Sunset Plaza, Beverly Crest, Bird Streets, Sunset Hills. As a real estate agent here in Los Angeles, I have had the pleasure to give mansion tours all around Los Angeles with neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, Malibu, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Holmby Hills, Downtown, Laurel Canyon, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Encino, Palos Verdes and Mid City. I am a real estate agent working for Compass Rodeo office in Beverly Hills. Compass, since its launched, now is the country’s largest independent real estate brokerage. If this is your first time to my channel, then welcome! You will discover in this channel that we like to have a good time while touring some of the most expensive homes on the planet. I don’t know if there is a market quite like it anywhere in the world! A day in the life of a realtor is very entertaining, but especially so in Los Angeles thanks to the diversity of this city.

We will also be documenting investment properties in and around the Los Angeles area. With a background in property development and flipping homes, I will be sharing insights on different projects in Los Angeles.

  1. LOVE the pop up vent for the cooktop . I feel every house in this price range should have a his & hers toilet closet and maybe on with a bide .

  2. I am an Architect from Ethiopia and i am getting lot knowledge from ur videos….Thank you….keep it up….and u should put the plan marked when you move in each space….because i get lost and confused in rooms ….that will help to see the relationship of indoor and outdoor

  3. Please tell me I'm not the only person who takes issue with an open glass door washroom facing the pool. Call me crazy but I like a small bit of privacy while I'm dropping heat and something tells me my guests would agree lol

  4. Beautiful house but it’s not that private especially when it comes to the backyard The side neighbors can literally see your every move from their upstairs level

  5. You have great taste En!!! I would buy that house if I could. I wonder though is it peaceful or do you hear traffic?

  6. Cool Tour!! Just Subscribed and thanks for the water fall edge explanation 😅

  7. Hi Enes.
Another great property and another great performance.
At the corner glass area with a magnificent view. There was a plant, is it possible to know which plant it is ?
It’s really beautiful and might have a Feng Shui significance.

  8. Mon père biologique ne peut rien dire, j'aurai bientôt quarante ans. Je ne suis plus une petite fille. Vous avez mes contacts donc venez me chercher. Je sais que vous avez la possibilité de me faire sortir sans pièces d'identité. Alors venez me chercher, sinon ils vont pas s'arrêter là.

  10. Hi Enes, I think this is my favorite property you've done in the <5M range. Lots of little details that you always point out. Keep up the great work, you, Mikey, and Trey are all doing a great job and the quality of the videos are always improving. Is there any chance you guys could do more properties in the Malibu area or at least some waterfront properties?

PS: I'm commenting from the east coast of Canada.

  11. Whenever I get the notification, i first like the video as I know the content will be amazing 😊

  13. Where i find rental houses in that location? Did you uploaded videos about rental houses?

  14. you need something that make a statement… Can you please elaborate on the statement because to me it only says IM FUCKING RICH ! lol

  15. I recently watched the 4m single level house video… In my opinion this house is nicer than that one. Can you help me understand the price difference between the two, is it just down to location?

  16. I love this house and your YouTube channel I am your subscriber
Can you pls subscribe to my channel

  17. It's nice to hear someone who knows how his products are made. Today I have learned about drainage for a retaining wall. 🙂
